1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our official channels (Website, WhatsApp, or Email).
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, especially for peak seasons.
  • The remaining balance can be paid directly to our driver in cash (IDR or USD) or via transfer on the day of the tour.
  • Last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours) are subject to availability.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and USD based on the daily exchange rate.
  • Bank Transfers are accepted via BCA to the following account:

  • Credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard) may incur a 3% transaction fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will be charged 50% of the total tour price.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up at the meeting point without prior notice, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Weather-related cancellations initiated by us (due to safety concerns) are fully refundable.

4. Itinerary Changes

  • Our tours are flexible private tours. You can customize the itinerary within the agreed duration and route.
  • Our drivers have the authority to change the route or skip destinations if weather, traffic conditions, or safety concerns arise.
  • Any additional destinations outside the agreed route may incur extra fuel surcharges.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Generally Included: Private air-conditioned car, petrol/fuel, English-speaking driver/guide, parking fees, and mineral water.
  • Generally Excluded: Entrance tickets, dance performances, meals (lunch/dinner), personal expenses, and tipping.
  • Please refer to the specific tour package details for precise inclusions.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal liability.
  • Join BaliTour is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety during activities (e.g., swimming, hiking).

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respect local customs and traditions. Modest dress is required when visiting temples (sarongs are usually provided or available for rent).
  • Any form of harassment towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate tour termination without refund.
  • Please help keep Bali clean by disposing of trash responsibly.
